Mikaela Rink

Mikaela Rink is a Catholic musician with a deep heart for praise. Growing up singing and playing piano, she has served most of her life in music ministry through singing in church and teaching. Mikaela believes in the transcendental role of music to cut to the depths of the human heart and lead to encounters with God who is truth, beauty and goodness.Mikaela currently resides in Bremerton, WA where she teaches K-8 Music at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic School. Led by a heart for revival in the church in Western Washington, she remains active in retreat ministry throughout the Archdiocese of Seattle, as well as leading worship with the Encounter School of Ministry Seattle Campus.

Beth Barsotti

Beth Barsotti is deeply passionate about helping people live authentically, encountering who they are while discovering the unique gifts God has given them. With a rich background in ministry and holistic formation, Beth has spent her life walking alongside others as they navigate the beautiful, lifelong process of being and becoming.Her commitment to community and shared life was profoundly shaped by living and working in mutuality alongside individuals with and without intellectual disabilities in a L’Arche community—an experience that led her to serve on the L’Arche USA board. Beth has also ministered in Catholic parishes across Iowa and Oregon and in Catholic higher education, creating spaces for people to integrate their heads and hearts.As a trained Spiritual Director specializing in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, Beth loves accompanying people to notice God at work in their daily lives. She is currently completing her doctoral studies in Theology and Education. Beth is thrilled to join you for this retreat as we collectively lean into who God created us to be and who God is calling us to become.
