Pastor
Fr. Tim Ilgen
I was ordained on June 7, 2003 at St. James Cathedral in Seattle. The priesthood has been a true blessing, and I am grateful to God for calling me to this vocation. I have been the Pastor of Family 45 since July 1, 2024. Family 45 consists of St. Joseph, Our Lady of Lourdes, and the Proto-Cathedral of St. James the Greater parishes. There are also two schools – one at St. Joseph and the other at Our Lady of Lourdes. While being the Pastor of such a large community as Family 45 may be challenging, I do not minister alone. My brother priests and deacons, the members of the staffs, and the many volunteers provide tremendous support. God provides for what we need through the generosity of so many people.

Parochial Vicar
Fr. Kingsley Tebulo
My name is Fr Kingsley Harry Tebulo, I was born on June 29th, 1981, in a small town Mangochi, country Malawi. Malawi is situated in South-East Africa. I am the fifth of nine children, seven boys and two girls.
I was ordained on July 9, 2011, at St Johns the Baptist Major Seminary Church in Mangochi. I am local Diocesan priest. I have been working in my Diocese for 13 years, in four different parishes as Dean, Pastor and Parochial Vicar, until last year in April when my Bishop asked me to come here in Archdiocese of Seattle. I was appointed as Parochial Vicar of family 45, here in Seattle Archdiocese. I am very happy to work here, it’s a good and amazing experience. The place is so beautiful because people are happy, kind and generous.
The priesthood has been a true blessing, and I am grateful to God for calling me to this vocation.

Parochial Vicar
Fr. Kyle Rink
I’m a local of the Pacific Northwest, raised in Puyallup WA with my 2 younger siblings. I grew up in a tight-knit house full of music and soccer. After High School, I attended Boise State University where I studied Civil Engineering. That was also where I grew deeper in my faith, and first discerned a vocation to the priesthood – though it took me a while to warm up to the idea. After working for a year as an engineer, I discerned that God was still calling me to the priesthood, and I entered seminary for the Archdiocese of Seattle in 2018. I was ordained on June 1st 2024, and have loved being a priest so far herein Vancouver! I especially love working at the school, visiting the sick, and getting to facilitate people to “aha” moments of their faith. I’m an avid outdoorsman, and love any activity that involves being outside. Not surprisingly, my favorite Saint is Bl Pier Giorgio Frassati, who motivates me to “go to the heights” in all I do.
