As the Pastoral Assistant for Pastoral Care (PAPC) within Parish Family 45, my call is to serve the Church in partnership with all the baptized through gospel-rooted, compassionate presence and service. Together, our role within Pastoral Care is to minister to the joys, sorrows, and spiritual needs of God’s people. In collaboration with our pastor, clergy, staff, volunteers, and the broader Church, we strive to support and lead pastoral initiatives that embody Christ’s care for the sick, dying, grieving, imprisoned, and homebound.

I was hired in 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and have walked with families experiencing death, coordinated Catholic funeral liturgies, overseen programming for Sacramental Care of the Sick and Hospitalized since that time. In partnership with Santa Clara University and the Seattle Archdiocese, I am currently a member of the 2023 Christifideles cohort and will receive my master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry in June, 2026.

I have been married to Frank for 22 years and we have one son Alex, who will graduate from Gonzaga University in May, 2026. (Go Zags!) In my free time, I enjoy seeking out the best burger in the Vancouver area, fooling around in my rose garden and working jigsaw puzzles.
