Please join us on February 22 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm at St. Joseph in Marian Hall for this Free Diabetes Connection event. Connect with our community, including our most high risk neighbors, to discuss challenges of living with diabetes/ pre-diabetes, fellow patients/diabetes leaders, explore local resources for managing our community's health including FREE screenings of: Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Feet, Leg/Foot Circulation, Eyes, and Teeth.
